  • What exactly does MongoCams accept as a lead or sale?

    At MongoCams, a "join" occurs when a user completes the registration process. A "lead" occurs when that user confirms their email address to become a "free" user. A "sale" occurs when a user purchases a membership package using a valid credit card or check. In each of these cases, the user should not possess an existing membership with any other MongoCams products. This process is monitored by session cookies and database queries.

  • Does my website qualify for the MongoCams Affiliate Program?

    At the discretion of MongoCams staff, most websites will qualify to participate in the MongoCams affiliate program. We will not accept websites that:

    • Promote illegal activities
    • Promote violence
    • Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
    • Generate traffic, leads or sales through incentivization and/or spam

  • How do I get started with the MongoCams Affiliate Program?

    It's as easy as 1-2-3 and costs you nothing to join. Simply view, accept the terms and conditions and complete the registration form. An email is then sent to the registered email address requesting you to confirm your registration, along with helpful details on proceeding.

  • Where do I go to get promotional material including banners and buttons?

    Once your application has been accepted into our program, you will be provided access (username/password) to our affiliate management portal. Upon entering, you will come across a section called "Promo Tools" which contains a plethora of creative's and resources for your campaign.

  • How do I access my statistics?

    Once your application has been accepted into our program, you will be provided access (username/password) to our affiliate management portal. Upon entering, you will come across a section called "Stats" which contains data relevant to your campaign including payments and user traffic.

  • When do I get paid?

    Payment cycles can be tailored to your specific requirements. As standard procedure, payments are distributed on the 10th and 25th of each month based on their perspective periods. A minimum value of $50 is required during that period for distribution or will be carried forward until that minimum is met.

  • How do I get paid?

    Payments can be made with minimum values noted;

    • Check ($50 minimum)
    • Payoneer ($100 minimum)
    • Paxum ($100 minimum)
    • PayPal ($100 minimum)
    • Bank Wire ($1,500 minimum)

    Fees associated for transactions by the service provider will be passed along to the recipient.

    Please note that any changes made to your payment method after the end of a pay period will take place the following pay period. Please contact your account manager for clarification.

  • Why has my account been put on hold?

    In most cases, your account has been put on hold because your lead/sales traffic has some discrepancies and requires further assessment. It's our policy to hold our affiliate partners accountable for managing the leads/sales generated from their network publishers and programs. Spam, incentivized, and self-generated leads will be grounds for immediate termination of the partnership.
